Student Involvement

Oak Park School District students are welcome to participate in any of the programs offered by the Alliance.  Each program has its own set of guidelines. Contact the OPBEA or your school Principal to get details on what OPBEA offers at your building.

Students who participate in our OPBEA programs may qualify for scholarships. Contact the OPBEA office for more information.

OPBEA is a great organization to use as a resource.  We welcome student inquiries about opportunities in the business community.

Opportunities:

  • Student of the Month Breakfast for grades K-5
  • School Liaison Program for Elementary Schools & Roosevelt 8th graders
  • Student Improvement Luncheon for 6th-7th graders
  • Career Exposure Luncheon for 8th-9th graders
  • Faces of the Future Mentoring Program for second semester 8th grade through first semester 9th grade
  • Career Opportunity Field Trips 8th grade
  • HOSA Class Beaumont Program 10th-12th grades
  • Building Trades Classes 9th-12th grades

As teachers, we appreciate the outside perspective that the business community brings to our students through OPBEA programs.
