Other Ways to Donate

Car Donations:
Ready to get rid of your old car?  If you donate to Charity Motors and select OPBEA as the beneficiary, 70% of the sale price is contributed directly to OPBEA.  The donation is 100% tax deductible at your car’s full market value.  They’ll even pick up your non-running car for free!  Contact the OPBEA office for more information.

Tribute:
Make a donation in any amount to honor someone or send a condolence in the memory of someone.  We have designed a Tribute card that can be mailed out to acknowledge a donation made

Alfreda Bailey Scholarship Fund:
We’re building a legacy and you can help. Dr. Alexander Bailey was the Oak Park Superintendent for over 14 years before retiring in 2005. He made an impact on many lives.  To leave a legacy in honor of his years in Oak Park, we are building an existing OPBEA fund that was established in the name of Dr. Bailey’s wife, Alfreda, upon her death in 1996.  The dollars are invested in restricted funds for scholarship use.  The interest earned each year will generate funds to provide future, deserving Oak Park graduates with scholarships.

In-Kind Donations:
Talk to us about the goods or services that would help to offset budget expenses.

Other In-Kind Opportunities:
Mentoring, job shadowing, guest speaker, job site visits.
