Non-discrimination Policy

The Oak Park Business and Educational Alliance shall comply with all Federal laws and regulations prohibiting the discrimination and with all requirements and regulations.  It is the policy of the Board that no professional staff member, volunteer, or program recipient for such position shall, on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, age, sex, marital status, disability, height, weight, and/or any other legally-protected characteristic be discriminated against, excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to, discrimination in any program or activity which the Oak Park Business and Education Alliance is responsible.
